Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public/Private University (Preferred from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, DUET, AUST)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and Monitor the construction work of project and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring safety measures during construction work.
∎ Preparation of monthly/ weekly work progress report and attend meeting with client.
∎ Planning, Managing and preparation of work program for construction work.
∎ Aware of all code of practices such as BNBC, ACI & others.
∎ Monitoring and ensure quality of all works like civil, electrical, plumbing, firefighting & others.
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work of RCC (Reinforce cement concrete) /Steel building works
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate office construction management team.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Preparation and implementation of the project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the project as per the standard set by management.
∎ Supervise daily construction/civil work of the specific project.
∎ Must be able to read all kind of drawings.
∎ Besides, do the regular activities as per guidance and direction
∎ To identify problematic area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15-year(s) Experience as Project Co-Ordinator of the Engineering Department of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.
∎ Experienced in High Rise building or commercial project (Specially 3 to 4 Basement Project).
∎ Experienced in working with consultants, contractors
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and physically fit
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft project, Auto CAD and related software
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
