Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: facility management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2D (Auto Cad), 3D CAD, 3D Media (3D Studio Max), Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Building Construction, Building Information Modeling, civil contruction, Drawing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing detail working drawings plan & design of the project.
∎ Follow up construction & Handover Project to Client on Time
∎ Must knowledge about Government approval process for Project
∎ Strong knowledge on Auto CAD, Revit Architecture, BIM (Building Information Modeling), Architectural & Structural Details, Drafting, 3D Visualization. Construction Estimating & project Costing.
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ Prepare project Presentation (3D), Estimation & cost.
∎ Prepare interior Design Concept/3D Visualization.
∎ Lead teams of Civil Engineers & designers for execution of project works
∎ Provide Technical support to Civil & Structural discipline on proposals, training, development & continuous improvement activities
∎ Ensure all deliverables are comply with quality as per Client specifications
∎ Must have work experience in Project Management, Auto Cad or any other software in Design of construction etc.Any other work that arises or is assigned by management
Salary: Negotiable
