Educational Requirements:
∎ Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one First Class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ At least 12 years of teaching experience at university level, out of which 05 years as an Associate Professor.
∎ Must have 15 publications to his/her credit, out of which 7 publications as Associate Professor.
∎ OR
∎ M. Phil in Computer Science and Engineering with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade.
∎ At least 18 years of teaching experience at university level, out of which 06 years as an Associate Professor
∎ Must have 15 publications to his/her credit, out of which 7 publications as Associate Professor.
∎ OR
∎ M.Sc. and B. Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed University. Must have achieved at least 03 x First Class/Div/A Grade in the entire educational curriculum.
∎ At least 20 years of teaching experience at university level, out of which 07 years as an Associate Professor.
∎ Must have 15 publications to his/her credit, out of which 7 publications as Asst Professor.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ BAIUST solicits applications for full time faculty in the Department of Civil Engineering. The Successful candidate will:
∎ Undertake research- led teaching at different levels at undergraduate courses.
∎ Develop innovative approaches to learning and teaching as appropriate.
∎ Promote theoretically informed and innovative approaches to learning and teaching related to activities across the University and externally.
∎ Persue, develop and lead research, innovation and impact at an appropriate benchmarked level.
∎ Have a significant role in the strategic development of the curriculum and learning and teaching /student support policies.
∎ Supervise students undertaking research projects as appropriate.
∎ Maintain a high quality record of regular and original research publications as appropriate to the field of discipline.
∎ Maintain scholarly activity and keep up to date with developments in the field as necessary to carry out the duties of the post.
∎ Work with the students as members of a learning community to provide world class education and excellent student experience.
