Education:

Ph.D. degree is essential 4 years Bachelor with Honors degree + Master/ equivalent degree in a relevant discipline (min. 3.5 in a scale of 4) (SSC+HSC)/(O levels + A levels) (min. 4 in a scale of 5) 3 `A`s in O levels & 2 `A`s in A levels 15 years of active teaching experience in a reputed University (6 years as Associate Prof.) 15 publications in peer-reviewed journals of Q1/ Q2/ Q3 rated (at least 6 as first author and at least 7 as Associate Prof). 

Retired professors from public universities are eligible to apply.

Age: 50 to 65 and above

For the position of Professor / Associate Professor:      

• Conducting classes following the university guidelines;      

• Counseling students;     

• Conducting extra-curricular activities;     

• Arranging workshop, seminar, conference, symposium etc.     

• Contributing towards the development of the Department as well as of the University;      

• Conducting research and publishing;      

• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Authority.
