Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of URS of the Production machinery.
∎ Preparation of SOPs & BMR of the equipment & product.
∎ Preparation and execution the qualification protocol of the production equipment.
∎ To execute production operation through running of production machinery, performing packaging operations and cleaning of clean rooms to maintain the clean environment as per GMP.
∎ Execute workers training.
∎ Shall be responsible for performing clean-room operations maintaining clean-room behaviors.
∎ Have to achieve targeted output of production operation and report supervisor accordingly.
∎ Shall follow the health and safety guidelines while working on the production floor to ensure the safety of the Plant & People.
∎ Have to follow all quality aspects as per cGMP and Company rules as well as Government's guidelines.
∎ Have to communicate with supervisor and managers and other department's employees frequently.
∎ Shall be responsible to keep update all relevant documents as per written procedure.
∎ Need to dress up following plant's unique dress requirement as per SOP that will be supplied by the company when working on the production floor.
∎ Have to develop and implement ideas and effort to make the production operation cost effective.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Good knowledge of Production Equipment qualification procedures.
Eager to take the challenge of working in a new project.
Incumbent should be creative, hardworking & proficient in team playing.
Strong communication skill.
Ability to work under pressure.
Should have proficiency in speaking and writing both English and Bengali.
Should have the ability to achieve targeted output within the stipulated time frame.
Should have the ability to act decisively to solve equipment-related problems.
