Job Responsibilities:
∎ Test handling
∎ Schedule and supervise daily workload
∎ Make sure the deadlines are regularly meet
∎ Ensure super quality finish on each and every work of clients
∎ Train graphic designers to enhance their skills
∎ Train QC members to enhance their skills
∎ Final inspection and touchups on the work done by the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Should be able to work in any shift
∎ Must have 5 years of Production Manager experience at an outsourced image editing company
∎ Must be good in English to understand clients' specific job requirements and delegate them to the team accordingly
∎ Pleasant personality to achieve team's full potential
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
