Educational Requirements:
∎ A bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, or a related field is preferable but not limited to it.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management: Manage the overall production process, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring that all activities are organized and executed efficiently. Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as directors, producers, writers, and production teams, to define project goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
∎ Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage production budgets, allocating resources effectively and monitoring expenditures throughout the project. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
∎ Resource Coordination: Coordinate and manage production resources, including personnel, equipment, locations, and permits. Hire and schedule crew members, negotiate contracts, and arrange logistics for production-related activities.
∎ Production Planning: Work closely with the creative and technical teams to develop production schedules, ensuring that all elements, such as scripts, casting, set design, costumes, and visual effects, are planned and coordinated effectively.
∎ Vendor Management: Identify and engage with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for various production-related services, such as equipment rental, catering, transportation, and post-production facilities. Negotiate contracts, obtain competitive bids, and ensure timely delivery of services.
∎ Quality Control: Monitor and maintain production quality standards, ensuring that the final output meets creative and technical specifications. Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process and take appropriate corrective actions.
∎ Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges related to production activities, such as weather conditions, legal requirements, or talent availability. Develop contingency plans and proactively mitigate risks to minimize disruptions to the production process.
∎ Production Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed production records, including contracts, release forms, shooting schedules, call sheets, and other relevant documents. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various departments and stakeholders involved in the production process. Foster a positive working environment and encourage teamwork and creative problem-solving.
∎ Post-Production Support: Coordinate with the post-production team to ensure a smooth transition from production to post-production activities. Provide support in reviewing and approving edits, visual effects, sound design, and final deliverables.
∎ Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in production processes. Incorporate innovative ideas and approaches to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in production management or coordination within the media industry.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of production workflows, equipment, and technical aspects of filmmaking or content creation.
∎ Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for production planning and management.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
∎ Budgeting and financial management skills to ensure cost-effective production.
∎ Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
