Sourcing, Supply Chain Planning, Vendor Development, Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Cost Optimization model with "Load More and Travel Less" concept.
∎ Analyze Spend Analysis report for optimizing procurement Costs and improving Vendor Management.
∎ Facilitate automation team to centralize the process data for visualization overcloud platform.
∎ Initiate Purchase Requisition (PRs), evaluate proposals, negotiate terms and conditions in terms of TCO.
∎ Mitigate business risk and improve service delivery by long-term Vendor Manage Inventory contracts with suppliers.
∎ Perform efficient Scheduling and Planning of resources to maintain 95% Customer Uptime as per SLA.
∎ Achieve annual cost savings by initiating effective energy management through end-to-end machine automation and process optimization.
∎ Formulate Tailored Distribution Network to reduce the cost and improve responsiveness.
∎ Prepare Power BI-Dashboard to optimize the decision-making process of the entire logistics network.
∎ Manage MRO Inventory using ABC, VED analysis, improve Service Level to 95% for internal stakeholders.
∎ Establish Supply Chain Control Tower architecture for End-2-End visibility and planning.
∎ Prepare Vendor Scorecard on Q-C-D attributes and KPI tree linking with operational to financial metrics.
∎ Establish WMA Forecasting method for fuel quantity of mobile tower.
∎ Analyze Multi-Scenario model and Impact Analysis for multinational IT hardware solution provider.
∎ Develop SOPs, checklists, and risk assessments to achieve operational excellence over various assets.
∎ Develop Time Series Forecasting model in Python of FMCG POS data.
∎ Share strategic insights to the team based on Predictive Analytics.
∎ Lead cross-functional team for different warehouse projects.
