Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing total marketing strategy and promotional activities of the portfolio products
∎ and preparation of annual budget.
∎ Identifying new business potential and introducing time demanded products by developing time-integrated plans and Project Management for launching new products.
∎ Analyzing brand and portfolio performance to review the marketing plan and monitor national/regional sales and ensure implementation of monthly action plan for field forces.
∎ Organizing medical professionals group meetings, scientific seminars and other programs for the internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Train and educate field force colleagues for development of their detailing skill, product and
∎ promotional knowledge in order to enhance their performance to achieve goals.
∎ Coordinating with different stakeholders to secure timely production, supply and sales of products throughout the country.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 to 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and has the ability to produce and deliver outputs.
∎ Experience in managing people and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market environment.
∎ A passion for building and motivating world class, high performing teams.
∎ Advance knowledge in MS-excel with excellent analytical skill is a must.
