Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To formulate the marketing plan, coordinate and monitor its implementation to achieve the set business growth target.
∎ To coordinate with different departments involved in launching a new product and integration of new product related activities for launching of new products as per plan.
∎ To prepare training manuals of new products as well as existing products and to train-up the Medical Representatives.
∎ Preparing and reviewing yearly sales and promotional budget of assigned products.
∎ Analyzing brand and portfolio performance (monthly, quarterly and yearly), interpreting the situation and taking necessary actions accordingly.
∎ Designing cost effective marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
∎ Preparing monthly action plan in light of yearly marketing plan of assigned products.
∎ Developing training manuals and packaging and promotional materials.
∎ Project Management for launching new products (Project Proposal Formulation, Feasibility Study, Launching Action Plan and Post-Launching Surveillance).
∎ Conducting Monthly Regional Conference.
∎ Coordinating with the Medical Affairs Department to conduct Seminar, Clinical Meeting, etc.
∎ Communicating with Commercial, Planning & Procurement, Distribution and other relevant departments to ensure smooth supply of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Promotional Materials and Finished Products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have at least 2 years of experience in Cardiovascular Products Marketing in a reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to deal with people from diverse perspectives.
∎ Good command over MS- Office.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
