Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare promotional plans and marketing strategies on assigned portfolio products.
∎ Monitor the competitors' marketing, sales strategies, and submit reports on a regular basis.
∎ Increase the market share and profitability.
∎ Carry out different types of analysis like profitability and sales trend analysis.
∎ Develop promotional materials during product launch and defining necessary promotional activities for establishing new products.
∎ Provide required inputs in the process of new product developments and to bring changes (if required) on the existing products.
∎ Able to work under stress and be prepared to go on frequent tours outside Dhaka.
∎ Ensure academic support on community of doctors by answering queries related to medical and technical aspects along with published documents.
∎ Meeting key Doctors all over the country.
∎ Analyzing Internal Sales.
∎ Handling the queries of our field force.
∎ Prepare various reports on the performance of the products on a regular basis.
∎ Develop product manuals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experienced candidate with 3-10 years in pharmaceutical Industry will be given preference.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to deal with people from diverse perspectives.
∎ Good command over MS- Office.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
