Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Strategy and Design of Marketing plan for assigned Portfolio/Products.
∎ Analyzing the ROI of the assigned Brands and taking corrective measures
∎ Monitor and measure the outcome of prescription and sales of assigned products
∎ Develop & Deliver Innovative promotional materials & activities to the field colleagues with proper training
∎ Make Marketing plan, formulate strategies for specific brands, ensure the growth of existing brands, search for new products, conduct feasibility analysis and launch new products according to the need of the market and company objectives.
∎ Frequent KOL, customer visit to increase professional relationship
∎ Conducting promotional campaign and CME/RTM throughout the country
∎ Maximizing the target customer's awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ Maintaining good liaison between company and doctors with best professional rapport.
∎ To conduct Regional Conference & Frequent field visit
∎ To communicate with the field forces to share the strategies, information, or any other else of the assigned products.
∎ Develop the Market & Manpower of assigned region/depot.
∎ Any work assigned by Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Clear understanding of Microsoft Office and other digital technologies
∎ Ability to generate creative ideas and work under pressure.
∎ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ In depth knowledge of event planning and operations.
