Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing
∎ Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Any Certification training on Fashion Designing!

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Art & Sketch, Fashion Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participates in the conceptual development of product lines.
∎ Assists in ensuring that product is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy.
∎ Responsible for specing a new design.
∎ Responsible for details on design of product to include preparing and updating sketches and specifications.
∎ Coordinates sample production process to ensure that samples are produced and delivered on a timely basis.
∎ Increased involvement in sample fits and line edits.
∎ Recommends revisions/color ways on stripes, plaids and prints.
∎ Assists in fabric and trim development.
∎ Can meet independently with vendors.
∎ Any other job Assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the mentality to work under pressure. Must have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS office and e-mail operations.
∎ Creative, self-initiative, independent and good market and fashion sense.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Must have problem solving and analytical skill.
