What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Product/UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work and design thinking
• Hands-on experience with design systems & component-based structures
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional agile teams
• Familiarity with web & mobile design standards
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS basics is a plus
• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise-level products preferred
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred (not mandatory if skilled)

What You’ll Do

• Understand business and user goals to shape product direction
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design clean, modern, and intuitive UI across web & mobile
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Iterate based on feedback to improve user experience
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components
• Apply Atomic Design principles to ensure structured and consistent design execution
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
