∎ B. Pharm/BBA/MBA/B.Sc in Chemistry/Bio- Chemistry from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in market development by building relationship with doctors
∎ Assisting in the preparation of the total marketing strategy of portfolio products
∎ Conducting group meeting with doctors
∎ Assisting with the logistic supports required to conduct Monthly Promotional meetings
∎ Providing assistance to acquire and compile feedback from doctors, chemists and customers to improve the portfolio products and act accordingly.
∎ On - spot training & development of field colleagues
∎ Analyzing RX and Sales statements
∎ Preparing and sharing sales data, Rx data, Incentives data etc. periodically
∎ Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 6 months - 5 years’ work experience in the marketing areas within the Pharmaceutical industry is a must
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs
∎ Smart, energetic and innovative
∎ Computer literate - MS Office, Email, internet, etc.
∎ Ability to work as a team member
