Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
∎ Analyzing supply chain data and making recommendations for improvement.
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to the supply chain.
∎ Managing the procurement of materials, goods and services from vendors, suppliers and manufacturers.
∎ Developing and implementing sustainable sourcing strategies that support the company's sustainability goals.
∎ Conducting regular assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with ethical, environmental and social standards.
∎ Developing and managing supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply and quality of products.
∎ Identifying opportunities to optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency and minimize waste.
∎ Providing guidance and support to other departments on supply chain issues.
∎ Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for sustainability improvements.
∎ Collaborating with other departments to integrate sustainability into business processes and decision-making.
∎ Tracking and reporting on sustainability performance metrics.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives and best practices.
∎ Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to sustainability.
∎ Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics and sustainability initiatives to senior management.
∎ Manage and develop a team of supply chain and sustainability professionals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have experience working in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and/or sustainability.
∎ Applicants should possess excellent negotiation skills, contract management experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of sustainability best practices and regulatory requirements is preferred.
∎ The salary and benefits package for this position will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
