Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase and Distribution Timing Maintain & Understand.
∎ Build and execute the process to make the purchase at the best time, at the best price, with 100% fulfillment.
∎ Decisions to store products to get a better rate, sales, and faster distribution.
∎ Purchase Reporting - proper invoicing, ensuring memo with signature, day-end purchase report, and making the reports readily available to management.
∎ Make sure there is no mistake in reporting.
∎ Readily avail up-to-date suppliers credit data, make good relationship with the suppliers, avail additional discounts for damaged products, prepare payment queues based on priorities, manage payments and their timing.
∎ Return and Exchange Product Management - Review the SOP, manage the process of return and exchange in time, oversee related accounting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be a good process developer. Previous SOP development and supervision of implementation experience is a PLUS.
∎ Fast learner and eager to work in a new sector (previous fruits sector experience is not necessary but is a PLUS).
∎ Must have a proactive mindset to work in an extreme environment (badamtoli fruits aarot).
∎ Problem solver.
∎ Excellent in communication.
