Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing the Contractor/Vendor identification, shortlisting and selection
∎ Overview & Control process with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters and Quality.
∎ Logistics and imports in order to strengthen supply chain effectiveness for the organization.
∎ Material Import documentation, Custom duty/benefit and clearance
∎ Capabilities in coordinating with vendors, negotiating on costs and award of contract, adapting with modern prevalent contractual practices.
∎ Manage to do multi-task and can manage to team with leadership skills which help to have better coordination within intra-department.
∎ Prepare and present MIS, item procurement tracker- Fortnightly/Monthly.
∎ Assuring Zero implementation losses or delay in work due to material shortages
∎ implementing the Contractor/Vendor identification, shortlisting and selection
∎ Overview & Control process with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters and Quality.
∎ logistics and imports in order to strengthen supply chain effectiveness for the organization
∎ Preparing & Tracking Schedule for respective disciplines.
∎ Controlling & Verification of Variations/Change order
∎ Reconciliation Statement
∎ Preparation of Purchase Order and Purchase terms & Condition
∎ Issue of Materials from stores- Stock register update
∎ Coordination with design coordinator/ Manager for obtaining clarifications
∎ Review BOQ & provide inputs to design/Procurement team
∎ Getting the PR’s generated/processed for material procurement & Vendor requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Experience: Over all 12 to 15 Years Experiences: Planning & Implementation of Supply Chain Management for large Hotel Project.
∎ Technical Skills: Well versed with Hotel Civil/MEP/ID works, Material for use, Import documentation and customs, ability to identify & resolve the risks, provide solutions to the problems, conflict resolution. Well versed with the work specifications, quality control.
∎ Soft Skills: Knowledge of Computers – MS office, Excel, PPT, outlook
∎ Having ability to read and speak English fluently.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with team of all disciplines.
∎ Detailed knowledge of the subject and are capable of providing guidance and advice to intra-department team.
∎ Excellent. Organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Integrity, Professionalism, Pleasing personality and Management skills.
