Experiance in Procurement Logistics, Strategic Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Ensuring purchase at the best possible price and meet on time in full quantity.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
∎ Devise and implement fruitful sourcing strategies
∎ Discover potential suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good knowledge about Automobile spare parts.
∎ Having adequate technical knowledge about vehicles.
∎ Able to work in MS Office especially MS Excel worksheet.
∎ Able to work in ERP Software.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Communication Skills.
∎ Time Management Skills.
∎ Process work order, Purchase order.
∎ Frequent market visits to remain updated on market dynamics and price movements.
∎ Positive Attitude.
