Job Context:
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (3 months )
∎ Job Location: Outside of Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing of Purchase requisitions & procurement policy.
∎ Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices lead times with suppliers
∎ Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
∎ Research potential vendors and maintain proper liaise with suppliers.
∎ Answering queries on delivery goods, equipment and e service.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
∎ Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
∎ Prepare cost analyses.
∎ Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
∎ Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
∎ Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
∎ Assist the Project managers with any purchasing information requests when required
∎ Perform any other task given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in procurement role will be good enough
∎ The applicants should have good experience in the Construction area
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Purchase, International Procurement, Mechanical Procurement, Purchase Procurement, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning.
∎ Minimum skill on English communication
∎ Energetic & Self Motivated.
∎ Clear communication skill both verbal & written
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and act decisively .
Salary:
∎ BDT 25,000-30,000
