∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Classroom management, Classroom teaching, Teaching Experience, Teaching experience and minimum 3 years experience in relevant field

Job Context:
∎ Organization: Madrashatu Saleha Khatun. Akhaura, Brahmanbaria.
∎ We are looking for target and career-oriented Principal in our Institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the overall academic and administrative functions in the institution.
∎ To coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement.
∎ Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the Institute.
∎ Responsible for disciplining the students and administration.
∎ Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, teaching materials according to the Institutional standard.
∎ Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the Institutional syllabus
∎ Make strategic plans for admissions
∎ Solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required.
∎ Organize annual programs.
∎ Conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the Institutional standard.
∎ Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs.

∎ Age 33 to 50 years
