• At least 12 years

• Bachelor’s (Honours or Pass) and Master’s degree from a recognized university

• At least one degree in First Division/Class; No Third Division in academic record

• Minimum 12 Years of teaching experience up to college.

• Minimum 03 years experience as:

  1. Principal (Higher Secondary School/College), or

  2. Vice Principal or equivalent

• At least 12 years

Daffodil University School & College (DUSC), operated under Daffodil International University (DIU), is seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal who can lead the institution with academic, administrative, and strategic excellence in a modern, smart learning environment.

Location: Daffodil Smart City, Birulia, Savar, Dhaka – 1216, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership to ensure excellence in teaching and learning

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the school and college

• Implement national curriculum standards

• Recruit, evaluate, and develop faculty members

• Ensure discipline and a safe, inclusive environment for students

• Monitor student academic performance and co-curricular activities

• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies

• Manage budgets, resources, and campus facilities

• Promote innovation and smart education technologies

• Serve as liaison with DIU, parents, and external stakeholders

• Represent the institution in academic and community events

• Lead strategic planning and institutional development aligned with DIU’s mission

• Communicate with Dhaka Board/PED
