Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing quotation, budget & schedule for different type of project.
∎ To work closely with design teams of different project.
∎ To work closely with the site engineers, project manager & other stack holders.
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & protection interior designers etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Residential & Commercial High rise building design, Condominium Project design, Educational Institution design etc.
∎ Knowledge of Shopping Mall design, Knowledge of Hospital design etc. will be treated as an added quality.
∎ Updated knowledge about the latest building material items and their uses, prices and availability.
∎ Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Nirman Bidhimala & different international codes.
∎ Interior & Landscape design knowledge will be treated as an added quality.
∎ Membership from AIB and RAJUK Nibondhon is a must.
