Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Golpahar, Panchlaish, Chittagong
∎ 9am -2pm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entertain a group of pre-school on a daily basis, imparting different skills in a friendly and engaging manner.
∎ Maintain individual portfolios of each child and gauge their weekly progress in various skills through well-designed progress charts.
∎ Participate in setting up, breaking down and maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene of the classroom and play area according to organization standards.
∎ Plan and submit weekly activity plan rooted in the curriculum targets for the week.
∎ Prepare teaching learning materials related to designed activity and improve open-ended activities by creative use of materials which mentally and physically stimulated the toddler group and furthered their development.
∎ Supervise and take direct part during indoor and outdoor play hours.
∎ Demonstrate the understanding of child developmental milestones at the mental, physical, social and psychological levels and timely identify any developmental blocks.
∎ Discuss the progress of children efficiently with center head.
∎ Coordinate with the center head regularly regarding pupils with behavioral issues and take necessary steps for resolution of those issues .
∎ Communicate effectively with the parents.
∎ Introduce social values like empathy, sharing, honesty, gratitude, forgiveness and the like
∎ Coordinate with all other staff using a team approach.

∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Cheerful and energetic.
∎ Innovative and proactive in planning activity for kids.
∎ Compliance with general personal and spatial hygiene standards.
∎ Flexible to participate in physical activity like dancing, jumping, running.
∎ Proficient in communicating with young kids.
∎ Has good command over both in Bangla and English.
∎ Has good crafting skill.
∎ Familiar with basic computer skill and web browsing.
∎ Has good reading habit to professional development.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.z

Salary:
∎ BDT 10000 (may offer higher package to much desired candidate)
