Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Diploma/ Course from Early Childhood Education and (or) Development
∎ Home Economics graduates with ECD/ Childcare course/ paper may also apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design development activities, lesson plans & programs for kids
∎ Monitor, evaluate and feedback to teachers about scheduled classes & activities
∎ Supervise and take direct part during indoor and outdoor play hours.
∎ Help facilitator to understand physical, emotional, social needs of kids
∎ Asses and evaluate kids development
∎ Participate in setting up, breaking down and maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene of activity areas according to organization's standards
∎ Plan future development of the business, seek corresponding support from BoD
∎ Procure planned supplies as per institutions procedures
∎ Keep track on company financials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in leading role in ECD center, daycare, preschool etc
∎ Good command both in Bangla & English
∎ Proficient in communication with parents and young kids
∎ Ability to meet deadlines
∎ Computer skills
∎ Has good reading habit corresponding to professional development.

Salary:
∎ Monthly salary 22,000 to 28,000 BDT (depending on level of meeting the expectations).
