Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should Responsible for Day-to-day tasks as a POS supervisor mainly involve assisting customers at the Cash counter, but they are also expected to help out in other department of POS operation when required.
∎ Supervise all over the POS operation & ensure all POS operator/supporter are available with complete uniform and ID card.
∎ POS Machine, Scanners, PC, Bill Printers, Display pool & POS area are well cleaned as per requirement.
∎ Ensure Change money from Accounts Department during Outlet Opening.
∎ Necessary Packing Materials (Tissue Bag, Cloth Bag, Paper bag & Net Bag) are all time available for smooth operation
∎ Maintain Manual Book invoice properly with Customer Sign & Mobile No.
∎ Ensure all fake note card & cash amount.
∎ Process sales returns and check to see if items are damaged
∎ Ensure system VS EPS Entry.
∎ Ensure Each Sales Invoice must be paid to the concerned Customer
∎ Ensure Properly Handover the sole product to the concerned Customer with well Packed.
∎ Ensure all Credit card Machine settlement before outlet closing
∎ Properly handover cash & CC purchase details to Accounts dept. during POS shift change or POS Closing.
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer service.
∎ Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
∎ Communicate honestly and directly any needs, concerns, and expectations to help create a trusting climate
∎ Have to take overall POS department liabilities
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the management authority
∎ Must treat & maintain all information as confidential.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Math and Computer Operating skills
∎ Excellent verbal communication
∎ Excellent customer service skills
∎ Ability to handle critical situation
∎ Problem Solving
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
