Experience:

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies

• Diploma in Engineering

• Completion of vocational training in plumbing from reputed training institute is preferred.

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Employment experience in relevant field from gulf countries (GCC) are preferred.

Project Management:

• Plan and schedule plumbing projects, including assigning tasks to team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with other trades (e.g., electricians, HVAC technicians) and general contractors.

Supervision:

• Oversee the work of plumbers, apprentices, and helpers.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Technical Expertise:

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections to prevent accidents and injuries.
