∎ Ability to speak in Bangla, English, and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Mobilize community members, women’s groups, beneficiaries, and user groups
∎ Conduct field tasks assigned by TL.
∎ Assist in organizing training, workshops and events.
∎ Conduct performance monitoring for mini-grid water supply system.
∎ Maintain liaison and coordination with user groups/volunteers and beneficiaries.
∎ Prepare and conduct O&M training to volunteers.
∎ Keep liaison with technicians and community volunteers in effective O&M.
∎ Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by TL.

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Location: Cox's Bazar (Teknaf, Ukhia)

Job Highlights:
∎ Implementing the Emergency Assistance Project
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June 30, 2025
