Responsibilities & Context:
• Water-supply pipe installation, fitting and repair
• PVC, CPVC/PPR and common plumbing pipe work
• Bathroom and sanitary fixture installation and repair
• Basin, commode/toilet, shower, tap and valve maintenance
• Water-tank, pump and water-line maintenance
• Drainage and waste-water line maintenance
• Leak detection and repair
• Replacement of damaged pipes, valves and fittings
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Basic electrical wiring, switches, sockets and lighting maintenance
• Basic electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
• Safe use of common plumbing and maintenance tools
• Emergency maintenance response and practical problem solving
• Maintaining cleanliness and workplace safety after repair work
