∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Erection & Commissioning of LPG Plant
∎ Erection & Commissioning of Electrical Systems, Earthing/grounding network, machinaries at ex-zone, HMI, SCADDA etc
∎ Plant Operation and Maintenance.
∎ Planning and executing production accordance with demand.
∎ Planning for efficient use of manpower to achieve daily, monthly production target.
∎ Preventive Maintenance for all machineries
∎ Troubleshooting & Repairing of all LPG Plant machines including, air compressors, etc.
∎ Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting for 660 KVA substation, Diesel Generators
∎ Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting PLC control Machineries
∎ Ensure Plant Safety and promote safety culture among the workers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Mechanical materials, methods and the tools involved in the LPG Plant
∎ Knowledge of resource allocation and coordination of resources.
∎ Knowledge on QAQC and safety procedure in the Mechanical machineries
∎ Confident interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
