Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of the Operation, Maintenance and Administrative Departments.
∎ Preparation and submission of plans and reports to Head Office in compliance with the ‘contract’ and general ‘operation & maintenance practices.
∎ Establish and maintain employee relations.
∎ Experience in Maintenance Engines, Turbochargers, Pumps, Compressors, Valves etc.
∎ Experience on Borescope/ Laser Alignment / Vibration/ Analyzer/ Tachometer/ Infrared Camera/ Thermometers/ Thickness Gauges/ Industrial stethoscope etc.
∎ Support in preparing monthly bills and invoices of the power plants.
∎ Keep record of all operational activities of the power plants.
∎ Provide regular report on O&M issue to senior management.
∎ Close liaison with international and local authorities related to the power plants.
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency of the power plants throughout the year with minimum outage.
∎ Calculate monthly outage in coordination with plant and submit to the concern accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age maximum 48 year(s)
∎ Candidates must have experience on power plants especially on HFO biased power plants.
∎ Candidates must have knowledge on fuel consumption calculations, spare parts, outage etc.
∎ Candidates must be computer literate with good interpersonal skill both in writing and speaking with good leadership quality.
