Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and optimize all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
∎ Ensure production processes are executed efficiently, meeting production targets while upholding product quality and safety.
∎ Ensure the plant operates in strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
∎ Lead regulatory inspections and audits, addressing any compliance issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the plant.
∎ Develop and enforce safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and environmental compliance measures.
∎ Lead and manage the plant's human resources, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
∎ Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency improvement.
∎ Develop and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
∎ Monitor expenses, minimize waste, and implement cost-saving measures.
∎ Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand while effectively managing inventory levels.
∎ Foster open communication and collaboration with various departments, including R&D, Quality Control, Engineering, PMD and Supply Chain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Profound knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Demonstrated capability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
