Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry or related field preferably from Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Project Planning, Project Management, risk analysis related to machine procurement, machine setup, machine trail run and commissioning.
∎ Set up manufacturing facilities (Filling, Ceiling & Packaging for soft drink) for FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry and modify internal Machine layout, HVAC/ VRF system, utility (Chilled water, stream and compressed air), ETP & WTP system.
∎ Find bottle necks in between architectural and machine layout that may delay the projects and solve accordingly.
∎ Prepare URS of different production machines.
∎ Do machine set-up; man, material, machine and process flow analysis with GMP; installation, testing and commissioning of machines, perform validation and trial production.
∎ Follow up Letter of credit and shipment of machine and equipment.
∎ Responsible for achieving progress and trial production on time.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
∎ Meet the production target by smooth operation of the plant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 65 years
∎ At least 25 years' experience in related field. Should have at least 10 years' experience as a plant head of food/pharmaceutical industries.
∎ Must be detailed-oriented with high analytical ability with good personality
∎ Should be proactive and ready to work during extended hours while required.
∎ Should meet the production target by smooth operation of the plant.
∎ Should have Experience in setting up manufacturing machineries in FMCG/Pharmaceutical Industry where the applicant set up, prepared, modified internal Machine layout, HVAC/ VRF system, utility (Chilled water, stream and compressed air), ETP & WTP system,
∎ Criteria can be relaxed for highly deserving candidate.
