Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments
∎ Plan, organize, direct optimum day-to-day operations to exceed Principal customers- expectations.
∎ Hardcore Exposure to Solid Dose Manufacturing, Planning & Operation Management in Regulatory Work Environment.
∎ Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while eliminating unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
∎ Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planning
∎ Manage material replenishment, quality standard, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives
∎ Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to team.
∎ Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed.
∎ Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ Good liaison with local authority to address and resolve the issues related to plant operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate having Post-Graduation in Operations / Plant Management will be preferred.
∎ Should have 20 to 25 years work experience with at least 07 Years in a Plant Head Capacity.
∎ Should have knowledge of Production Optimization, Resource Management and fair understanding on quality and regulatory domain
∎ The position should have proven exposure on Regulatory Affairs.
∎ Adequate knowledge of business and management principles like; budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and plant administration.
∎ Should have knowledge on safety, quality, productivity, demand management, inventory management.
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
∎ Strong team building, decision making and people management skills.
