Responsibilities & Context:
বিষয়: বাংলা, ইংরেজি, গণিত, আইসিটি, সাধারণ বিজ্ঞান, সামাজিক বিজ্ঞান, চারকলা
English Version Curriculum অনুযায়ী নিজ নিজ বিষয়ে ক্লাস গ্রহণ করা।
পাঠ পরিকল্পনা (Lesson Plan) প্রস্তুত ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের হোমওয়ার্ক, ক্লাসওয়ার্ক ও অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট যাচাই করা।
পরীক্ষা গ্রহণ, খাতা মূল্যায়ন এবং ফলাফল প্রস্তুত করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের শৃঙ্খলা ও ইতিবাচক শিক্ষার পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।
সহশিক্ষা কার্যক্রম (Cultural, Sports, Debate, Art ইত্যাদি) এ সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ।
অভিভাবকের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও শিক্ষার্থীর অগ্রগতি নিয়ে পরামর্শ প্রদান।
স্কুল কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী একাডেমিক ও প্রশাসনিক দায়িত্ব পালন।
ডিজিটাল/আইসিটি টুলস ব্যবহার করে শিক্ষাদানকে আরও কার্যকর করা।
দলগতভাবে কাজ করতে সক্ষম হওয়া এবং সহকর্মীদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
