• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Piping Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead Pipefitter in industrial construction.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation procedures.
• Excellent understanding of piping codes and standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting piping isometric drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to hazard identification.
• Valid KSA or GCC driving license (preferred).

About the Company:

Samsung-Hyundai-Archirodon JV (SHA) is a joint venture between three leading companies in construction and engineering. We are currently undertaking a major project in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and are seeking experienced Piping Foremen and Supervisors to join our team.

The Role:

As a Piping Foreman/Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading and overseeing all piping activities on our project. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems.

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and analyze piping drawings and specifications.
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules for assigned piping tasks.
• Supervise and lead a team of pipefitters and laborers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on completed piping installations.
• Identify and address potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide clear instructions and ensure a safe working environment for your team.
• Prescribe work details, specifications, and procedures for specialized piping tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, manpower allocation, and material usage.
• Report regularly to project engineers on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders.
