Responsibilities & Context:

★Dispensing Medication per Prescription

★Patient Counseling

★Drug interactions ★Monitoring Drug Use

★Preventing Medication Errors

★Collaboration with Healthcare Team

★Inventory Management ★General Health Advice ★Health Screenings and Immunization

★Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance ★Greeting and Welcoming: Greet visitors, clients, and patients warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Communication ★Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and manage general email inquiries.

★Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars.

Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.

★Administrative Support: Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

★Invoicing: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate invoices or statements to clients or insurance companies.

★Payment Processing: Process incoming payments (cash, checks, credit cards) and record them accurately in accounting systems.

★Account Management: Monitor customer accounts, track outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments or delinquent accounts (collections).

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, or customer inquiries related to charges.

Maintain detailed financial documentation and records, prepare billing reports
