∎ Innovate Engineering & Development is a fast growing engineering consultancy company. Their wings of experience has spread beyond the local boundary. Now IED is offering a lucrative job position for Experienced and Qualified Personal Secretary to the CEO.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Expert PS to the CEO of IED at Shaymoli Ring Road, Adabar Bazar Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the CEO and updating him regularly.
∎ Contact all internal & external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO through email, phone calls, and other social media.
∎ Screening and taking notes from all telephone/mobile calls of the Chairman and conveying information.
∎ Drafting and conveying different business letters to different local and overseas concerns as per directions of the CEO.
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with the CEO.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Notifying the CEO of upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Checking email and maintaining reply.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Maintaining and updating a database for all communication of the CEO.
∎ Arranging protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, and hotel reservation-related activities of the CEO according to pre-schedule.
∎ Credit card & mobile phone bill payments, Tracking daily expenses & update monthly records.
∎ Any other task as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
∎ Good command of English & Bangla (Writing & Communicating).
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Should have working experience in performing all kinds of secretarial works of CEO.
∎ Should have cross-functional working skills.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
