∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide secretarial support including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails.
∎ Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and follow up with concerned stakeholders.
∎ Work closely with all other departments of Chairman's Office and extend full support.
∎ Reminding the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines and include those in Calendar.
∎ Preparing letters, office orders, reports and presentations as per instruction.
∎ Processing Visa, booking air tickets, reserving hotels and coordinate to arrange all required airport protocols and logistics.
∎ Maintaining databases and filing systems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Should have good exposure in analytical ability, communication skills, Language skills both in Bengali and English.,
∎ Should have knowledge in MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ Personal Characteristics: Young energetic & positive mentality

Salary: Negotiable
