Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Medical Care and Monitoring
∎ Health Assessment & Preventive Care
∎ Emergency Readiness & First Aid
∎ Daily Living Support (as needed)
∎ Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
∎ Medical Care and Monitoring
∎ o Administer prescribed medications accurately and on time, maintaining detailed medical records.
∎ o Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, etc.) as per schedule or instruction, and promptly report abnormalities to the assigned physician.
∎ o Maintain an updated health log and ensure timely communication with healthcare professionals.
∎ Health Assessment & Preventive Care
∎ o Conduct regular health assessments and identify early signs of health issues.
∎ o Assist with physiotherapy exercises or therapeutic routines as advised by doctors.
∎ o Provide guidance on diet, hydration, and general wellness under medical direction.
∎ Emergency Readiness & First Aid
∎ o Stay alert to any signs of distress or health emergencies.
∎ o Administer basic first aid and coordinate with emergency services and family doctors during critical situations.
∎ o Maintain an up-to-date emergency response plan and kit.
∎ Daily Living Support (as needed)
∎ o Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for the President Madam, including light organization of personal space.
∎ o Coordinate with domestic staff for any non-medical support when necessary.
∎ Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
∎ o Handle all medical and personal information with strict confidentiality.
∎ o Maintain a calm, respectful, and composed demeanor at all times, ensuring trust and comfort.
∎ o Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and safety standards.
