Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all appointments and meeting schedules at outside
∎ Arrange protocol service, visa, air ticket booking & hotel reservation-related activities
∎ Manage Support Staff, Chef, security guard and all other staffs of MD House
∎ Perform admin related work at MD house
∎ Provide protocol service to MD family
∎ Supervise all of the home maintenance activity of MD house
∎ Look after the family affairs like pay utilities bills, schools’ payment, purchase products and any other work
∎ Any other task assigned by management
