Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in English.
∎ Very good general business management knowledge (financial analysis, accounting, HR, change management, business law, business strategy, knowledge management, project management)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Responsibilities for Country Manager:
∎ Provide general support to the Country Manager.
∎ Provide general support to other members of the Management Team when required.
∎ Plan, research, compile data and performing related analysis to facilitate the decision-making process.
∎ Co-ordinate and attend meetings, coordination of or follow ups on various projects and
∎ programs as assign by the Country Manager (CM).
∎ Produce different type of business presentations.
∎ Time management i.e. calendar and meeting schedules.
∎ Drafting of meeting minutes, distribution and archiving.
∎ Providing general administrative assistance to the CM and liaison with CM’s direct reports.
∎ Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
∎ Filing, scanning and photocopying.
∎ Organizing meetings/conferences/seminars and VIP visits.
∎ Booking Interstate and International travel, hotel accommodation and compiling itineraries for CM.
∎ Overseas SGS visitors: Accommodation, making appointments, itineraries etc. - on an ad hoc basis.
∎ Collection of various reports for MD.
∎ Regular update of Management Movements record for Region.
∎ Weekly and monthly mail/report update to global team.
∎ Responsibility for Human Resources Management:
∎ Insurance (both Life and Medical):
∎ Collect information from new employee regarding insurance inclusion, consolidate and send the same to the insurance company by bi-weekly
∎ Send exclusion information to the insurance company, bi-weekly.
∎ Send health insurance claims to insurance company within 3 days of submission of the claim by the employee.
∎ Check insurance premium bill and process it for payment (i.e. get it signed by the approver and send it to Finance) within 1 week of receiving the invoice from insurance company.
∎ Follow-up status of the payment of claims with insurance company
∎ Deposit cheque of claim to Finance within the day of receiving the cheque.
∎ ID card:
∎ Get the ID card printed for the new employees, weekly.
∎ Get replacement of ID card weekly, after getting fully approved request.
∎ Coordinate ID card printing payment with Finance.
∎ Monitoring of legal cases with lawyer and follow up
∎ Company’s Legal issue:
∎ Archive company’s legal documents & provide support to HR Manager on legal issue as and when required.
