Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering
∎ Marine Engineer with minimum CoC Class-2 will get privileged
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 years associated experience having at least 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in dredging related work. OR
∎ Marine Engineer with minimum CoC Class-2 with 3 years experience as 2nd engineer and as a Project Manager in dredging related work for 5 years.
∎ Diploma in Mechanical/Civil engineering with 15-20 years associated experience having at least 10 years of working experience as a Project Manager in dredging operation.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in Channel Dredging works and any large filling works by Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD). Must have proven knowledge and experience about CSD & it's operations, repair and maintenance. Experience in Damen's dredgers is preferable.
∎ Should have the capability to develop work plan, coordinate ,control and project execution of complete Dredging Works.
∎ Must have practical experience about pre and post section survey work both in land & hydrographic survey.
∎ Must have practical experience about construction of main shore pipelines, floating pipelines, making outlets for discharging of dredged water inside the Dyke or Compartments, operations of Work Boat properly, taking safety measures of the dredgers & it's ancillary equipment while in operation or in idle situations.
∎ Must be responsible for stake-holders management (clients, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on latest version of CAT engine including but not limited to PLC control, engine over hauling , carrying out Planned Maintenance System (PMS), supervise daily work done report.
∎ Should have adequate practical knowledge on high pressure hydraulic system.
∎ Responsible for judicious mobilization and demobilization of resources to site according to work program.
∎ Working experience with submersible pump system shall be an added qualification.

∎ Should possess excellent working knowledge on MS office and MS Excel /Power Point.
∎ Having excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
∎ Strong physical fitness and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to encourage and motivate workers in the field.
∎ Effective communication and labour management skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills to plan, controlling, budgeting and coordinate resources.
∎ Ability to work under stress and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to stay calm and work under adverse weather condition with mental endurance.
