• Having strong desire to get a stable and secured career as a pattern master
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure

• Pattern Making Manual & Software. Make pattern & do size wise grading.

• Ensure optimum marker efficiency by CAD.

• Ensure sample making according to tech pack.

• Check sample quality, styling, measurement, dummy fitting etc.

• Review and understand buyer`s comments on pattern & sample and do necessary correction as required by buyer.

• To provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising & production staff.

• To communicate with buyer, merchandiser and factory production staff.

• To attend meeting with the buyer or management when required.

• Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.

• Experiences in a woven shirt and Blouses garments factory.

• Experience in handling with different types of buyers.

• Able to operate Winda (CAD)./ Garber.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Production Management (Cutting) quality of sample according to buyer requirements and on time delivery
