Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Major in Social Welfare
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capture the patient feedback: complaints /concern from all areas of the hospital
∎ Meet with admitted patients (along with the Handle with care patients) daily
∎ Enquire about their problems / complaints and ensure their care
∎ Inform patient about their rights and responsibilities
∎ To meet with the attendants of the patients to address their queries
∎ Liaise with respective departments upon receiving a complaint, also report the same to HOD on a daily basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having good computer skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Team player and have ability to work independently as and when required.
∎ Willing to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
