Job Context:

∎ The incumbent should have to be proactive, smart and intelligent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting and directing patients to examination rooms.
∎ Informing patients about delays and waiting times.
∎ To be well behaved to patients
∎ Keep track of patient movement
∎ Obtain latest information of patient from attending doctor and/or nurse.
∎ Updating and verifying patient information at every visit
∎ To inspire, counsel, convince and provide information to patients regarding all kinds of facilities provided by the Hospital.
∎ Solve any problem of the patient by the help of the concerned department.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concerned authority
∎ Ensure a safe environment of care for all patients, families and Guests.
∎ To perform any other duty assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Tribal (Adibashi) will get preference
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Over time allowance
