Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in day-to-day departmental tasks and ongoing projects
∎ Conduct research, compile reports, and present findings as needed
∎ Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiatives
∎ Support data entry, documentation, and basic administrative duties
∎ Attend meetings and contribute fresh ideas or insights
∎ Learn and use relevant tools, platforms, or software specific to the department
∎ Maintain accurate records and databases related to assigned projects.
∎ Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and operations.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices relevant to the department.
∎ Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
