Responsibilities & Context:
Daily order অনুযায়ী product packaging ও parcel প্রস্তুত করা
প্রতিটি order সঠিকভাবে check করে courier ready করা
Steadfast courier এ order assign করা
প্রতিটি customer কে call করে order confirmation নেওয়া
Courier rider এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে parcel pickup নিশ্চিত করা
Daily delivery status follow-up করা
Order, delivery ও packaging related basic report maintain করা
Team এর সাথে coordinate করে smooth operation maintain করা
