Job Context:
∎ The Learning and Cooking Outreach Officer EFSP Camps (Community Cooking and Learning Centre) will be based on field office assisting the Project Coordinator to ensure the quality, efficient and effective delivery of community cooking and learning center services. The position will lead the implementation of all Community Kitchen activities and learning activities/ schedules, including the liaison with the Government Department, liaison with other WVB projects to ensure the services are well integrated and well-coordinated. The Project Coordinator is overall in charge of the reporting and accounting mechanisms for all NFI items in the community kitchen including maintaining an asset register for all assets used in the Community Kitchen.
∎ The Learning and Cooking Outreach Officer EFSP Camps will work closely and assist the Community Cooking & Learning Center Coordinator EFSP Camps to establish humanitarian accountability feedback mechanisms in all Community Kitchen units. The Learning and Cooking Outreach Officer EFSP Camps will assist the PC to ensure that all monitoring systems are in place and are functional, and that the feedback from the monitoring system is being utilized to improve program implementation. The Learning and Cooking Outreach Officer EFSP Camps will assist Project Coordinator for documenting success stories from Community Coking Kitchen and works closely with the Communications and Advocacy to report on the success stories for the Community Kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in overseeing the construction / rehabilitation of the Community Cooking and Learning Centers facilities. Including an additional features or fittings deemed necessary to improve the quality of implementation. Oversee that the water and sanitation hardware services are available and are well constructed/rehabilitated and maintained.
∎ Assist the PC in collaboration with the Community structures, the Project Coordinator will develop plans and develop schedules for use of the cooking and learning facilities
∎ Assist the PC to ensure that the community kitchens are adequately resourced in term of the furniture / equipment needed to ensure all services are fully functional.
∎ Assist the Project Coordinator in working with the MEAL team to develop the MEAL structures and system
∎ Assist the Project Coordinator to ensure that feedback from HA structures and system and feedback from Monitoring systems is used to improve the quality and implementation of the cooking and learning center facilities
∎ Assist the PC for reporting and tracking all commodities, non-food items and assets for the Cooking and Learning Centers.
∎ Assist the PC for internal weekly, monthly and quarterly donor reporting for the Cooking and Learning Centers
∎ Assist the PC for maintaining the assets register for all Community Kitchen and Learning Centre assets in collaboration with the Administration Unit
∎ Assist the PC in working in collaboration with the Communications Unit to document success stories

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 2 years experience in community development
∎ 1 year experience in cash distribution management or commodity management
∎ Experience in food assistance or cash distribution management
∎ Experience in field monitoring, targeting and selection of vulnerable population
∎ Reporting and accounting experience needed
∎ Experience in project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing useful.
∎ Good in communication, interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
∎ Effective in written and oral communication; able to speak and write with a high standard of English and Local Language (preferable).
∎ Experience working in an office environment and able to use a computer (word for windows, excel software) and email is essential.
∎ Good time management and organizational skills
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs
∎ Good analytical skill
∎ Creativity and innovation
∎ Ability to drive motocycle with driving licence will add value

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
