Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driver Operations - Acquisition:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging registration for delivery services.
∎ Meet daily and monthly targets by proactively onboarding a defined number of drivers to ensure network growth.
∎ Provide accurate information to drivers about our platform, services, and registration process.
∎ Capture and process driver information during calls, including personal details and delivery requirements.
∎ Maintain meticulous call records, documenting key points, feedback, and suggestions for future reference and analysis.
∎ Convert driver from registration to verified in the platform
∎ Sales - Acquisition:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential, inactive, and existing clients to introduce our platform and generate orders.
∎ Meet daily and monthly call & sales targets by proactively reaching out to consumers. Promote services and offer coupons to potential new clients.
∎ Work jointly with field force in achieving conversion and sales target
∎ Attend organic users within 24 working hours and convert them
∎ Help potential leads on technical matters such as how to download app, register, place orders, use coupons. Utilize the approved communications channels.
∎ Sales - Retention:
∎ Contact inactive consumers to retain and re-engage them with our platform and generate orders.
∎ Increase retention rate and revenue by promoting retention coupons
∎ Utilize all approved communications channel
∎ Sales- Order Follow-up:
∎ Ensure proper follow-up to placed orders in our platform and ensure customer satisfaction by successfully completing orders.
